APD Services
True Legacy Home Health LLC is an approved Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) provider. APD services are provided only to eligible individuals authorized by APD and are delivered in accordance with each client’s approved APD support plan.
All APD services are non-medical and focus on safety, independence, and quality of life.

APD Homemaker Services (Non-Medical)
APD Homemaker services assist individuals with developmental disabilities in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional home environment.
APD Homemaker services may include:
– Light housekeeping
– Laundry and linen care
– Meal preparation and cleanup
– Grocery shopping and essential errands
– Home organization
– Assistance maintaining a safe living environment
Services are provided based on APD authorization and individual need.

APD Companion Services (Non-Medical)
APD Companion services provide supervision, social interaction, and support to promote independence and emotional well-being.
APD Companion services may include:
– Companionship and social engagement
– Safety supervision
– Assistance with daily routines
– Accompaniment to community activities (non-medical)
– Support with recreational and social activities
Who Qualifies for APD Services
APD services are available to individuals enrolled with the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities, including those diagnosed with:
- Intellectual disabilities
- Developmental disabilities
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Cerebral palsy
- Spina bifida
- Prader-Willi syndrome
- Other qualifying APD conditions
Eligibility and service frequency are determined by APD based on funding and authorization.
